Change your life to the better, bring ideas to life, get social!

The current generation has it hard, social isolation even though of social media, a hopeless geopolitical situation, unstable relationships which lead to a rise in depression rate (Figure 1) among other factors, showing that something is off in our society.

We want to change that, give those people who are open to change a chance. Give them a chance to bring their ideas to life.

Who are we?

Our Story
We’re Julian Eder and Elijá S. Friedrich-Ulrich, the founders of the Next Horizon Society (NHSC). We’re both students of Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology with a shared passion for health, biohacking, and self-improvement. From the moment we met, our conversations kept circling back to one big realization: society is facing challenges that, if left unchecked, will cause lasting damage.
During one of Elijá’s early dives into the startup world, he uncovered a problem that hit close to home—loneliness in the age of social media. The very platforms meant to connect us were leaving people feeling isolated. Inspired by the energy of the startup community, he wanted to change that. For a while, the idea brewed on its own, until he shared it with Julian, who immediately connected with the vision.

One day, over coffee, we asked ourselves the question:
What if we built this together?

That was the spark that gave birth to Next Horizon Society. Since then, we’ve been pouring our time and energy into creating a space for like-minded people—builders, dreamers, and doers who want to shape something meaningful in a world that often feels like it’s in decline.

We’re still growing, still learning, and still building. But this journey is just the beginning—and we’re loving every step of it.

Join us in shaping your next step, your NEXT HORIZON.
